Built For Teams That Have Too Much To Read
AtlasChat exists because the answer is almost always already written down somewhere. Our job is to make sure someone can actually find it. We build practical AI tools for small and mid-sized businesses, with strong privacy defaults and pricing that doesn't punish you for growing.
Principles We Don't Compromise On
Privacy by Default
Your data is yours. We don't train on it, we don't mine it, we don't share it. Encryption and tenant isolation aren't add-ons, they're how the platform is built.
Simple Beats Clever
We'd rather ship a feature that works the first time than three half-finished ones with knobs nobody understands. If our docs need a flowchart, we did it wrong.
Fair Pricing
Predictable plans, no surprise overage charges, and trial access without a credit card. If you outgrow us, that's a good problem; we'll meet you there.
Show Your Work
Every answer links back to the source. Confidence without citations is just guessing in a nicer voice, and we'd rather give you the receipts.
Real Support
When you write in, you get an actual person who knows the product. No tier-one script, no week-long ticket loops.
Built to Last
Predictable platform, no surprise pivots, and content sources you can keep working with on your own. We earn the next month, every month.
Questions We Get A Lot
Do you train AI models on my data?
No. Your content and the conversations on your site are used only to answer your own visitors' questions. They are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any model, ours or anyone else's. See our Security page for the full breakdown.
What kinds of content can I upload?
PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint, spreadsheets, plain text, and images. You can also connect any public URL on your website, YouTube transcripts, and Confluence or Jira if you happen to use them, plus add manual question-and-answer pairs for the edge cases your pages don't cover.
How long does it take to set up?
Most small businesses have a working chatbot on their site the same day they sign up. Point AtlasChat at your website URL, wait a few minutes for indexing, write a short greeting, and paste a one-line script into your site. No developer required.
Do I need a developer to install it on my website?
No. If you can paste a snippet of code into your site builder (Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, WordPress, you name it) you can install AtlasChat. It works anywhere you can add a custom HTML or script block. If your site builder doesn't allow that, you can send visitors to your dedicated AtlasChat subdomain instead.
What does it cost?
AtlasChat is priced for small business budgets, not enterprise procurement teams. Every plan includes a two-week free trial and 20 free queries with no credit card required. See the Pricing page for current plans.
Will the bot make stuff up about my business?
It's designed not to. Answers are generated from passages we actually pulled out of your content, and citations link back to the source page so you and your customers can verify. If the bot doesn't have a confident answer, it says so rather than guessing.
What if my website changes? Do I have to retrain it?
No. Schedule your sources to re-sync and the bot picks up the new pricing, new menu items, or new policy automatically. You can also kick off a manual reindex any time you make a big change.
Does the chatbot work on mobile?
Yes. The embedded widget and the standalone subdomain interface are both fully responsive, so customers asking from their phone get the same experience as desktop visitors.
Can I match the bot to my brand?
Yes. You control the bot's name, greeting, tone, system prompt, and the widget theme. It should feel like a natural extension of your site, not a generic chat bubble bolted on.
Who do I talk to about a custom integration?
Use the Get In Touch button at the bottom of any page and tell us what you need. We add new integrations regularly and prioritize based on what small business customers ask for.
Want To Talk?
Whether you have a question about pricing, security, integrations, or you just want a walkthrough, we'd love to hear from you.
